“Taste of Happiness brought our region’s farmers and artisans to the screen with real craft and care. They didn’t just film a story, they helped the world finally see the people behind it.”

Heritage is not something we consume. It is something we inherit.

Across the Costa Blanca, and far beyond it, people are protecting seeds, landscapes, traditions and knowledge passed down through generations. That knowledge lives in their hands, their stories and their daily work — not in archives, not in institutions. Many of these stories are still alive. Very few are being documented.

This is also a story about nature itself. Healthy soil, pollinators, native breeds and heirloom varieties are the foundations of biodiversity, and biodiversity is the foundation of everything we eat. By telling the stories of the people who protect them, we help preserve both: the knowledge, and the living world it depends on.
